VIC JINDAL
Vic Jindal, President of Jindal Financial Group and CEO of Dentistry Disrupted, has been in practice for over 25 years. His focus is on practice management, tax planning, wealth and risk for dental professionals across Canada. As a dental industry influencer with a large North American and International social media following, he has been interviewed and authored timely commentary for well known professional organizations.
Vic has been an active member of his community having volunteered and chaired serval not for profit organizations including the London Community Foundation, Canadian Club, The London, Club, London Health Sciences Foundation, Orchestra London, Museum London and with his family founded the Jindal Family Foundation which supports educational causes in Canada and globally.

They continue to partner with thousands of dental professionals to assist in optimizing best strategies for growth using a proactive approach to the business of dentistry in this ever-evolving profession.
Dr. Jason Tupper
Dr. Jason Tupper was born and raised in London, Ontario. He received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, completing a thesis in biomolecular genetics. He then went on to study dentistry at University College Cork in Ireland, where he graduated with honours. Upon his return to Canada, Dr. Tupper completed a one-year hospital residency program with the University of Western Ontario in his home town. This program was focused on emergency and surgical dentistry, as well as management of medically compromised patients.
Dr. Tupper has an interest in the surgical side of general practice, including implantology, bone regeneration and augmentation, trauma, and exodontia. When he is not working, he enjoys golfing and spending time on the lake in Muskoka, ON.
Miraal Ashraf
Miraal Ashraf is a dental student entering her final year at the University College Cork in Ireland. She was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario where she was interested and involved in her family’s dental practice from a young age. She received her BSc with a major in biomedical sciences from the University of Waterloo. Upon completing her Bachelor of Science, she followed her passion of studying dentistry which brought her to Ireland.
Miraal has always had a spark for dentistry and is enjoying her time studying what she loves and experiencing a new culture at the same time. She is enthusiastic about learning new and innovative dental surgeries, and is excited to explore the realm of opportunities in private practice after dental school.
On her days off, Miraal loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys travelling to different places and experiencing different cultures.
Dr. Jake Carriere
Dr. Jake Carriere was born and raised in Kapuskasing, Ontario. He attended the University of Waterloo from 2010-2014, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a Biology Minor. He then continued with his education at the University of Western Ontario from 2014-2018, where he received his dental degree.
After graduation, Dr. Carriere worked out of multiple offices in Toronto, and then purchased a practice in Shelburne. Since then, he has worked to expand his presence in the region by acquiring 2 additional locations with plans for a 3rd in the summer of 2020. Dr. Carriere is constantly working to improve both his clinical and business skills, with special interests in oral surgery and practice efficiencies.
Saif Matti
Saif Matti is entering his third year of dental school at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University. Prior to being accepted into the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program he completed his Bachelor of Medical Science (BMSc) degree also at Western University where he graduated with distinction.
Saif is passionate about evidence-based clinical practice and brings to the table years of experience in the field of Quality Improvement (QI). Saif has published and presented his research at multiple medical conferences across the country. He is currently a Senior Representative on the Federation of Canadian Dental Student Associations (FCDSA) where he sits on the board of directors and represents the University of Western Ontario Dental Student Society (UWODSS). He is currently a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Canadian Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association (ADA), American Dental Education Association (ADEA), American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Originally from London, ON, Saif strongly values public service and giving back to the community that helped raise him. In the past he has served as volunteer supervisor at Mount Hope, a local long-term care facility, in addition to coaching a children’s soccer team as part of the Southend Recreational Soccer League and mentoring/tutoring other students interested in careers in healthcare. Saif also visits his local high school where he speaks to the graduating class about transitioning into post-secondary education.
In his spare time, Saif enjoys an active lifestyle of playing tennis, biking and weightlifting. Moreover, he appreciates spending time with his family and friends, especially his two younger brothers.
Dr. Milad Karamlou
Dr. Milad Karamlou was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. He attended Iran National University from 2004-2010, where he earned his first DDS Degree. After working for two years in Tehran and publishing several dental articles in peer-reviewed journals, He decided to move to Canada to get his North American DDS license. He got into the University of Western Ontario and achieved his second DDS degree in 2019. Milad got matched in the prestigious GPR program at The Ohio State University, where he was trained in IV sedation, full mouth rehabilitation, Implant dentistry, Invisalign, and complex surgical treatments. Milad is passionate about dentistry and improving his knowledge. During his residency in the US, he had the privilege to work at one of the US top ten hospitals, Wexner Medical Center, as well as the OSU college of dentistry.
Milad has special interests in oral surgery, endodontics, full mouth rehabilitations, Laser therapy, dental sleep medicine, and anesthesia. He believes in providing high-quality dentistry for his patients. Currently, he is working to improve his knowledge on the business side of dentistry and opening his first practice.
In his spare time, Milad enjoys swimming, skiing, playing tennis and basketball. His favorite sport is soccer, and he is a Manchester United superfan.
